Kathy’s Biography
Kathy Rienstra
My name is Kathy. I am a passionate disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have a desire to encourage followers of Jesus to fully surrender their whole hearts to Him, laying down their will to take up His will. This is the only way that believers can position themselves to be overcomers and fulfill the days that Yahweh ordained for them in their book (Ps. 139:16).
Kathy is a tender-hearted believer, who willingly gives up his/her life and agenda to follow God’s plan and to obey God’s Word, has unlimited growth potential in God’s Kingdom. I want to inspire and encourage those who have chosen to make that decision.
Prior to completing 2 years of studying the Word of God in the Foundation Nest, the Lord opened doors for me to minister at a Christian television network, at the local jail and in the Women’s State Prison. I was able to minister on the prayer lines as a Prayer Partner for several years. Through Forgotten Man Ministries I taught a class at the Kent County Correctional Facility and completed the Chaplaincy Certification Training. Through Prison Fellowship Ministries I taught at the Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility. I completed Healing Technician Training through John G. Lake Ministries, as well as Healing Ministry Ordination through Joan Hunter Ministries. To me it has been thrilling to co-labor with Jesus and watch Him love on His people as He redeems, heals, delivers and restores hope to them.
Upon receiving prophecies that bore witness to me and my husband, I have started sharing online video teachings to encourage believers to fervently love God as they exercise their faith to possess His promises. I take pleasure in edifying believers to walk in their true identity in Him so they can defeat the enemy in every area of their lives. I also enjoy inspiring sons of God to partake of the divine nature that we have been given as a new creation in Christ.
There are free resources on this website that you may download and share with others. On these resources there are full Scripture verses, partial Scripture verses and statements which are backed by Scripture. I encourage you to look up the notated verses for yourself, especially those which are unfamiliar to you. If you spend time meditating on and confessing the verses which you know you need the most you will become more astute at recognizing and casting down wrong thoughts so you can transform your mind.
Many of the confessions were originally written for my personal use, but soon became teaching aids to share with others. When my children were little my husband used to call me the Confession Queen because every time the enemy would attack me or my family members in a certain area, I would write up a confession to use to resist the devil. God’s Word is life to us. It cannot return void to Him when we meditate on it, speak it and act upon it.
I encourage you to always verify Scripture for yourself, whenever and wherever you hear or read the Word of God. The biggest red flags are not Scriptures that encourage us to receive all of our inheritance, so that we can be partakers of the divine nature (2 Pet. 1:4). If there is a divine attribute which Yahweh wants to reveal to you, rather than dismissing it, put it on the shelf. Ask Him to confirm it with Scripture. I don’t want to be passed over for any good and perfect gift that Abba wants to give me. He makes it very clear what He thinks about a heart of unbelief. He calls it evil (Heb. 3:12). God actually encourages us to take the limits off what we can believe Him for as we co-labor with Him to accomplish His plans and purposes (1 Sam. 14:6; Job 42:2; Jer. 32:17; Matt. 19:26; Mark 9:23; Eph. 3:20).
The biggest red flags are misleading or deceptive phrases which are slipped in with truth. They soft sell, discount or even dismiss sin, especially damnable sins, for which a person has not repented. Love should compel us to expose and tear down the packaging and spreading of those lies. We don’t tear down people, “we tear down arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God” (2 Cor. 10:5 MSB). Working on the prayer lines and ministering to the incarcerated, I had many opportunities to address issues like that. Consequently, Holy Spirit has given me understanding and discernment in this area to minister truth, and freedom to those who were previously confused or deceived.
